We must be contacted with 2 days of delivery to process returns or exchanges.
Your Items must be returned within 14 days to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or store credit. Items returned after 14 days will be charge a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be Unwashed, Unworn and Unaltered and in the same condition that you received it.
No foul odor, perfume, pet hair, smoke or makeup/deodorant stains will be acceptable.
Items must also be in the original packaging, box and tags attached.
DO NOT RETURN SHOES IN BOXES WITH POSTAGE STICKER AND TAPE ON BOX! As this is not resalable item. If this does occur, refund and/or credit will be granted at 50% of the cost.

Sale items, Jewelry, Bralettes, Swimwear & Special Orders are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you find a manufacture defect, you must report your findings to us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. NO EXCEPTIONS!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Replacement items, will NOT be shipped until we have received your item and inspected it.


Once an order has been processed, there will be a 20% Restocking Fee to cancel your order.

When shipping your item, we strongly consider you using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All packages are typically mailed out via USPS with tracking.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is out of our hands and given to the postal service, the responsibility is now with the US Postal Service and not with Southern Rayne Boutique. The US Postal Service updates all tracking information and delivery notifications.

All orders are processed with tracking information provided to customers via email. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has left the hands of USPS and marked "DELIVERED." If you have this unfortunate situation arise; First, check with your neighbors. Then, contact your local post office and file a claim.

Shipping is based on weight. We weigh all of our items & figure shipping accordingly to TX sales tax will also be applied to TX residents. Please allow up to 3 days for your package to be fulfilled. We do ship daily most days, but delays can happen. {Tax-8.25%}


In most cases, refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Occasionally, other forms of reimbursements may transpire via store credit, discount codes, ect. These situations will be accessed on a case by case basis.
