Return Policy
Any request for an exchange or credit must be made within 7 days of purchase. No Exceptions.
Any request for an exchange or return must be authorized by Southern Rayne. You must call or email us for a RMA number. All items must be in the same condition it was received and have original tags. NO items will be accepted without our approval. We reserve the right to refuse the issuance of credit or exchange, if item(s) are deemed dirty, worn or missing original tags. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Sale and Clearance items are non-returnable or eligible for exchange. Sale and Clearance items are sold as "FINAL SALE".
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, contact us at southernrayneboutique@gmail.com. All exchanges will require an exchange authorization number issued by Southern Rayne. Send your item to: 1104 E. Wharf St, Rockport, TX 78382.
Southern Rayne is NOT responsible for the item(s) if they are lost or damaged in transit.
Southern Rayne is NOT responsible for shipping cost on returns or exchanges. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
